Vijeta

Tender document automation

A tender is four hundred
pages of paperwork
pretending to be a question.

Vijeta reads the document, works out whether Attal actually qualifies, and prints the annexures that go back with the bid. The company’s own files never leave the building.

The problem

Every tender asks the same fifty questions in a different order.

Turnover for the last three financial years. Net worth. Similar works completed. Machinery owned. GST and PF registration. Solvency from the bank. Each department words it differently, buries it on a different page, and rejects the bid if you miss one.

Reading a tender by hand takes an afternoon, and the failure mode is silent — you find out you were ineligible after the bid is already submitted. Vijeta does the reading in a couple of minutes and tells you which clause you fail, before it costs anything.

How it works

It reads the clause.
Then it checks
your books.

  1. 01

    Extraction

The tender PDF goes to Gemini, which returns every stated requirement as structured data — thresholds, dates, annexure numbers and all.

  2. 02

    Eligibility

Each requirement is tested against the company master data: financials by year, completed works, registrations, machinery. Money clauses are decided only by recorded financials, never by a guess.

  3. 03

    Annexures

The packet is generated on the current letterhead, with the signature block laid out where that particular certificate expects it.

Privacy

The tender goes out. Your books never do.

A tender notice is a public document, so it goes to a hosted model for extraction. The company vault — balance sheets, solvency certificates, work orders, registration papers — is read by a model running on the machine in the office. Nothing from the vault crosses the network.

Every call to an external model is logged. The audit page will show you the whole list, and the count of company documents in it is designed to stay at zero.

The library

Seventy-two annexures, and only three of them are ours to sign.

Most certificates in a tender packet are signed by someone else entirely — a banker, a chartered accountant, an auditor. Vijeta knows which is which, and never puts the company’s signature block on a document that isn’t the company’s to sign.
